My name is Karin Pinder and my mission is to spread beauty and joy throughout the land with my countryside oil paintings ad soft pastel drawings! As well as selling my original paintings and drawings, I create fine art prints and cards showcasing these works. My cards are perfect to send to friends and family to cheer up their day or to frame on their own.
I've lived in the small village of Slaidburn for the past 17 years. I'm originally from Brisbane, Australia and I love the beautiful English countryside and it's unique wildlife and characters! I have been painting and creating for as long as I can remember, but only recently decided to launch my art business.

There is something unique and special about soft pastel drawing and oil painting! Watching a blank piece of paper or canvas turn into something that evokes emotion or allows you to be transported to the countryside, brings me so much pleasure. I love learning new techniques and mediums...There is still so much for me to learn and I love that! It keeps it interesting and new and I can't wait to show you more new pieces shortly.
